About us

Deal & Roll (the "service") is operated by Delivvo Computer System Development, a sole establishment licensed in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Delivvo Computer System Development. "You" means the person using the service.

Agreeing to these terms

These terms form a legal agreement between you and us. By opening a game, joining a table, creating an account or using any other part of dealandroll.com, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain how we handle personal data and browser storage. They are part of how the service works, so please read them alongside these terms.

If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

The service

Deal & Roll is a website where you can play multiplayer tabletop games in a web browser. The catalogue includes card games such as Texas Hold'em and Tarneeb, board games such as Ludo and World Conquest, hidden-role games such as Werewolves, and word and party games such as Lettersmith and Spy Signals. The games on offer can change over time.

Playing is free and does not require an account. You choose a display name and an avatar, which are saved in your own browser. You can create a table and invite others with a link, join a table someone else created, or play against computer players ("bots"). Bots also fill empty seats at a table.

An optional account lets you keep your profile, favourite games and game results across devices. The service also has a contact form for questions and bug reports.

Accounts

You can sign in with your email address only. We send a one-time sign-in link or code to that address. There is no password.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, because anyone who can read your email can sign in to your Deal & Roll account. Tell us at mohdbibo22@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account.

Give us an email address that belongs to you. One person may hold one account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared.

You can see the data linked to your account on your account page and delete the account at any time from there. Deleting your account removes your profile, favourites and game results straight away. The privacy policy explains what happens to support requests you sent while signed in.

Age requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Deal & Roll. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian before you create an account, and they should read these terms with you.

The service is not directed at children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has given us personal data, we will delete it.

Playing with others

Tables are hosted peer to peer. The browser of the person who created the table (the host) runs the game, and the other players' browsers connect to the host directly using a browser technology called WebRTC. Our servers do not run the game and do not store chat messages or game moves.

This has some consequences you should know about before you play:

• Everyone at the same table can see your display name, your avatar, your chat messages and your moves.
• A direct connection between browsers shows your IP address to the other players' browsers. When a direct connection is not possible, traffic goes through a public relay server, and the relay operator can see your IP address.
• The host's browser holds the game state. If the host closes the tab or loses their connection, the game can pause or end.
• We cannot see or moderate private chat in real time, because it does not pass through our servers.

Only share a table link with people you are happy to play with. Do not put personal information such as your full name, phone number or address in your display name or in chat.

If another player behaves badly, you can leave the table at any time. You can report them to us through the contact form. Please include the table link, the display name and what happened.

Acceptable use

When you use Deal & Roll, you must not:

• use cheating tools, modified clients or any software that reads hidden game information or plays for you;
• run bots or scripts against other human players;
• deliberately exploit bugs or glitches to gain an advantage, or keep a bug to yourself so you can keep using it;
• harass, threaten, bully or abuse other players;
• use display names or chat messages that are hateful, discriminatory, sexual, violent or otherwise offensive;
• pretend to be another person, one of our staff, or a well-known person or organisation;
• send spam, advertising or links to harmful sites;
• share another person's personal information without their consent;
• attack, overload or disrupt the service, our servers or the connections of other players, for example with denial-of-service attacks or flooding;
• scrape, crawl or copy the service or its content by automated means, except for normal search engine indexing;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the service in order to harm it, bypass its limits or build a competing copy of it;
• get around rate limits, bans or other protections;
• break any law that applies to you, or use the service for anything illegal.

Your content

Your content means anything you put into the service: your display name, avatar choice, chat messages and anything you send us through the contact form.

You are responsible for your content. It must follow the acceptable use rules above and must not infringe anyone else's rights.

You keep ownership of your content. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy, transmit and display it only as far as we need to run the service. For example, we need to show your display name to other players and store the support messages you send us. This licence ends when your content is deleted, except where we must keep a copy by law or to deal with a report of abuse.

We may remove or hide content that breaks these terms. We do not have to review content before it appears.

Virtual items and no gambling

Deal & Roll is not a gambling service. No game on the site involves real-money betting or prizes of any kind.

Some games use chips, coins, money, points or scores as part of the rules, such as poker chips in Texas Hold'em or money in Deed & Dice. These are game counters only. They have no monetary value. They cannot be bought with real money, and they cannot be sold, traded, exchanged for anything of value or cashed out. They exist only for the game you are playing and are reset when it ends.

You must not use the service to arrange bets, wagers or payments between players on the outcome of a game, whether inside or outside the site.

Game results and rankings shown on your account are a record of play. They have no value and give you no rights to anything.

Paid features

No part of Deal & Roll requires payment today. If and when we offer paid features, for example a supporter membership, cosmetic items or an ad-free option, the following terms will apply to them. Paid features will never include gambling or any item with a cash value.

Prices and payment

We will show the price, including any VAT or other tax that applies, before you pay. Payments will be processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

You need an account to buy a paid feature, so we can link the purchase to you.

Delivery

Paid features are digital content and are delivered to your account straight after payment. By buying, you ask us to start delivery immediately.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the paid feature. You can also ask for a refund at any time if the feature does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time. To ask for a refund, email mohdbibo22@gmail.com with the email address on your account and the date of purchase.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. These refund terms are in addition to your rights under consumer protection law, which are not affected.

Subscriptions

If a paid feature is a subscription, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep the feature until then.

If we change the price of a subscription, we will tell you before the change applies to you, and you can cancel before your next renewal.

If a feature is withdrawn

If we stop offering a paid feature you have bought, or we close your account without a breach of these terms on your part, we will refund the unused part of what you paid.

Our content and third-party names

The service, including its software, design, text, graphics, game artwork and the Deal & Roll name, belongs to us or to our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the service for your own non-commercial play, in line with these terms. You may not copy, sell or republish the service or its content, except as allowed by law or by the open licences listed below.

The rules and mechanics of traditional games are in the public domain. Our games are original implementations with their own names, text and artwork. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any publisher of games with similar themes or rules. Any third-party trademark mentioned on the site belongs to its owner and is used only to describe or compare.

If you believe something on Deal & Roll infringes your rights, email mohdbibo22@gmail.com with details of the material and your rights in it, and we will look into it promptly.

Open-source and credits

Deal & Roll uses the following assets under open licences. We thank their authors. Where a licence requires attribution, this section provides it.

Other open-source software libraries used to build the site are covered by their own licences, which apply to those libraries only.

Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Deal & Roll running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, fast or free of errors. The service depends on your device, your browser, your internet connection, other players' connections and outside providers such as signalling and relay servers, none of which we control.

We may change, add or remove games and features, or pause the service for maintenance, at any time. If a change removes a paid feature you have bought, the paid features section applies.

Game results, favourites and other account data are stored on a best-effort basis. Please do not rely on the service as your only record of anything.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time. If you have an account, you can delete it from your account page.

We may remove content, remove you from a table, limit your access, or suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms, put other players or the service at risk, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable and safe to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

We may also end the service as a whole. If we do, we will give reasonable notice on the site and refund the unused part of any paid feature.

The sections on your content, virtual items, our content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law continue to apply after your use of the service ends.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises or warranties, express or implied, about the service, including that it will be fit for a particular purpose, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.

Games may contain bugs. Bots may play badly or in unexpected ways. Results can be affected by connection problems or by the host leaving. We are not responsible for the conduct of other players or for anything they say or do at a table.

Nothing in this section limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from your use of the service;
• we are not liable for loss caused by other players, by outside providers we do not control, or by events beyond our reasonable control;
• our total liability to you for all claims connected with the service is limited to the higher of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or AED 100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of your content, your breach of these terms or your breach of the law, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that we incur because of it. We will tell you about the claim promptly and let you take part in defending it. This does not apply to the extent the claim was caused by our own fault, and it does not apply to consumers where the law does not allow it.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have. Our cookie policy lists everything the site stores in your browser. Both are available from the footer of every page.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We will post the new version on this page with a new date. The current version took effect on 29 September 2026.

If a change is material, we will also flag it on the site before it takes effect, and email account holders where appropriate. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the new terms apply to you. If you do not agree with them, stop using the service and delete your account.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at mohdbibo22@gmail.com. Most problems can be solved quickly this way, and we will reply within 30 days.

If a dispute cannot be settled informally, the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of that country and the protection of its mandatory consumer laws.

General

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours to a business that takes over the service, and we will tell you if that happens. These terms, together with the privacy policy and cookie policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.

If these terms are translated, the English version applies where the versions differ, unless the law requires otherwise.
